Dynamic Conditioning Centre™ - Toronto's first athletic playground, is the newest and most unique conditioning and therapy centre in the Toronto area. It offers a full therapeutic staff, customized individual programming and team conditioning in one location. DCC™ has created an athletic playground which includes: 600 Square Ft. of astro turf, a sandbox, overhead rungs and an assortment of aids, consisting of kettle bells, cargo nets, sleds, sledge hammers and tractor tires. These tools are used to enhance your results through our IMPROVE™ program. This program was developed by the combined efforts of our therapy staff, conditioning coaches and clinical dietitian. The IMPROVE™ program encapsulates all-important aspects of a well-rounded approach to gaining optimal results.
The facility brings the outdoors inside with the likes of a sandbox, field turf, mesh netting and custom made obstacle courses and various climbing apparatus' in "The Cats Lair™". The DCC™ approach revolutionizes the old school style with a new age philosophy incorporating kettle bells, tractor tires, sledge hammers, sleds and a boxing centre. The equipment is especially chosen to meet the needs of all fitness enthusiasts - beginners to elite athletes. The unique athletic playground focuses on personal weight training sessions, specialized classes, sports specific training and therapeutic demands all rolled into one facility
