Only the most talented chefs and servers make the cut at TANGO. All staff are trained extensively to insure quality. Servers are "apprenticed" to master servers to learn the ins and outs of service, so that nothing will interfere with the customer's TANGO experience.
When you first enter CAFE TU TU TANGO, you are instanty greeted by a friendly smile amidst a colorful, bustling vista. Artists toil at their creations while servers glide through the crowd carrying trays full of bright tropical drinks and delicious looking fare. All around you works of locally-produced art grace the wall, along with the intriguing trappings of a studio reminiscent of 19th century Barcelona
Cool, upbeat music catches your ear, sounding so fresh and crisp that you can't believe it's playing over a loudspeaker. Just then, you realize that it's being played live by a musician wandering between tables. When you tell your hostess that you didn't know there would be live music, she responds "you never know what is going to happen next, that's part of the fun."
