The conception of Meatmarket came naturally. We love meats, marinades and dry rubs, and wanted to give people the best quality for their time and money.

Our reasoning was simple: urban lifestyles demand meals that are quick and easy to prepare, but there�s no reason why they can�t also be healthy and delicious. Our goal was to create a deli with an urban twist, a comfortable ambiance where you could host a party with friends or take in the big game. And for those with eyes on the clock, we�re proud to introduce our take-home, cook-it-yourself meats from our deluxe sandwich selection. As well as our cold-cut sandwiches for a lunch on the go!

All I have to say is probably some of the best burgers in terms of originality, quality of ingredients and all around beefyness! My girlfriend prefers the shanghai night sandwich. According to one of the waitresses this is their most popular sandwich. She also mentioned they are famous for their "Meatsticks" entree, apparently you can taste most of their marinated meats in this dish. I have also tried their bavette which is marinated in a lemon zest type marinade it's so tender you could cut it with a butter knife, not to mention the ribs which simply fall off the bone!
