Hey Jorge! Definitely check out Hotel Gansevoort's roof top patio, Plunge (18 Ninth Ave.) with one of the best views of the city. There is always a HUGE lineup to get in so make sure to arrive early.
Other suggestions:
Cabana at the Maritime Hotel - 363 W. 16th St.
Jade Terrace at the China Club - 268 W. 47th St.
