The entire store was plastered with posters that said 50% off everything, plus and additional 25% off the lowest ticket price. Unfortunantly, we cannot see the bill until the cashier aleady rings in the marchandize. I recieved 25% off one shirt and not the rest. When I asked the cashier she said they already gave an additional 25% off on the ticket price and its final sale. So just to let you know that is false advertising. You should not lead your customers to believe they will get 25% off the lowest ticket price, if it is not true!

That, in my opinion, is unacceptable as she was in the management position. I had a question regarding their exchange policies and she gave me a lot of attitude for it which I thought was unnecessary. Rating: |

Anyway, I had purchase two pairs of shoes and wanted to exchange the size. The manager named Lisa told me that I couldn't because she doesn't have the shoes in the store. Meanwhile, I had my receipt and wanted to exchange it for something else. She was so ruled to me with an attitude saying that she can't accept the shoes. I told her I'm from NY and I never heard such thing. I figure since I have a receipt than give me a store credit or an exchange. Well, I didn't get an exchange and had to go to another town in Canada to exchange it. I just want to say that you should train your employees to be more polite to customer. I was very upset because she is a young girl with an attitude and if she was working in New York. This wouldn't be accepted in a working environment. Please train your employees some customer services. I will never shop in your store. Rating: |

They DO NOT allow customers to try on articles of clothing e.g. Jeans etc. and then they advise you that there is no exchange or refund policy on clothing you purchase on boxing day. Rating: |
