This club is the worse club i've ever been to. I can only use one word to describe this place - GARBAGE! I totally regret celebrating my birthday there. I reserve bottle service ahead of time and was told that i get line bypass and free entrance. In the end, i had to line up, pay for entrance and got extremely rude service. These people really dont deserve to run a club cuz you treat your customers like shit. I got scammed big time. The place smelt like PUKE the whole night. There werent many choices for bottle service and they serve you cheap vodka which you can buy for $3 in cuba. I will never again even consider going to this club and i will probably tell everyone i know that this club is worse than sitting home on a friday night. Rating:

I have been to almost every club in Toronto and never had such a bad of a time. It was not because of the layout or the music, both were really great. I even thought it was fantastic at one point of the night, when there were guys mopping up the puddles on the floor. What i did not like, was falling down the stairs twice, because it was extremly slippery and i was not even intoxicated at all, my friend also fell down the stairs and broke her camera. I saw a girl being carried out of the club by her friends cause she has sprained her ankle falling down. Also we were ripped off and lied to. The flyer for saturdays say ladies free all night on guest list, and guys free till midnight on guest list. We were a party of 30, we took a limo bus to the club from brampton and arrived before 11 o'clock. When we arrived the gentlemen in the line with the guest list told us we have to pay cover, unless were playing on getting bottle service, which we were. So our group put together around 250 dollars for bottle service and the guys recieved these special "tickets". Well, when we got into the club, we were told that the girls have to pay 5 dollars and the guys 10.As well, the bouncers are really rough and very rude. My friend was dragged out by his neck, and thrown out the back door, were he ended up with a huge gash on his leg. Which was extremely unneccesary as he is not a violent person, and he was not causing trouble, simply talking to the gentleman at coat check about the policy of losing his ticket and recieving his jacket. We are a large group of girls and have a lot of birthdays coming up. WE will not be planning any of them at LEVEL for the next LONG while. Take care. Rating:

my first time goin to level on saturday may 12, i was very dissapointed on the fact that i planned my friends bday and went there, the venue was nice but the music sucks!!!!!! like who plays mike bubble at the club evn michael jackson songs and pure old songs that i never heard of. On the advertising it says hiphop,reggae top 40 and other mix..but seriously we gotta wait every half and hour for the DJ to play good songs and wasn't even a lot, maybe 3-4 songs. We all had a bad night and wished we went somewhere else,but the thing was when I got there,they were playing good tunes until people started comin in. It was the worst feeling ever!!!!u should just put on your advertising that you play oldie tunes. Rating:
